The Game Fair 2026 - A Weekend to Remember

We were delighted to be back at The Game Fair 2026, held at the beautiful Ragley Hall, Warwickshire, from 24th to 26th July. Proud to manage the event’s food and beverage provision, we brought together a fantastic selection of catering traders, bespoke bars and refreshing drinks. From delicious offerings by Beefy Boys, Tori & Ben’s Farm Shop, Oink BBQ and Warwickshire Wild Game to international street food, sweet treats and freshly brewed coffee, there was something for everyone. Our bar operation included the popular Gunmakers Pub and the bespoke Hawkstone Arms, created in collaboration with the event organisers and Hawkstone. With its bespoke counter bar and relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, The Hawkstone Arms became a fantastic meeting point for visitors to gather with friends, enjoy a crisp pint of Hawkstone and soak up the sunshine throughout the weekend. We also proudly showcased local favourites from suppliers including Heartsease Farm, Hayles and Two Farmers Crisps. Delivering an operation of this scale took months of planning and coordination, with two bespoke counter bars, six additional bars, a coffee unit and a diverse range of food traders supported by more than 60 team members on the bars alone across the weekend. We were proud to help create a vibrant and memorable hospitality experience, celebrating great food, quality drinks, local producers and the best of British countryside culture. A huge thank you to the event organisers, Hawkstone, our fantastic traders and suppliers, and our incredible team for making the weekend such a success. We look forward to being part of more brilliant events in the future!
